Citing our statistics

Statistics published on this site may be cited in articles, presentations and internal documents with attribution. Using 22decisions findings in sales, marketing or investor material requires a commercial licence.

Reports and data packs

A report purchase gives one named user a non-transferable licence for internal use. A data pack extends that licence to one team. You may not resell, republish or redistribute purchased material, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission.

Custom research

Commissioned studies are governed by the statement of work agreed for each engagement.

Accuracy

We take care that our research is accurate and label the evidence behind every figure, as explained in our methodology. Our research informs decisions but is not professional advice, and you remain responsible for how you use it.

Refunds

Because reports are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is faulty, contact us and we will replace it.
